연구실 소개
유정인 교수의 연구실은 간질환, 특히 간세포생식암(HCC)과 지방간의 영상진단 및 생체마커 기반 예후 예측에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 초음파 기반 영상 기술(예: S-Shearwave, 2D-SWE)과 정밀 영상 검사(예: MRI, PET/MRI)를 활용해 간기능 및 종양 병변의 정밀 평가 방법을 개발하고 있으며, 특히 종양의 재발 예측 및 수술 가능성 평가에 기여하는 다모드 영상 및 생물학적 지표 통합 분석을 주요 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 또한, 췌장 IPMN 등 기타 간장 및 췌장 질환의 영상적 추적 진단 기법의 타당성과 효율성도 함께 연구하고 있습니다.
