연구실 소개
박정수 교수의 연구실은 대사성 질환, 특히 비알코올성 간비대비염(NAFLD)과 간세포 손상의 핵심 메커니즘인 지질독성(lipotoxicity)과 산화 스트레스에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 NFE2L2/NRF2-KEAP1 경로와 SQSTM1/p62를 통한 세포 보호 기전, 그리고 자가분해 작용(autoautophagy)이 간세포 생존에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 기전 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 갑상선절제술 후 피부 흉터가 환자의 삶의 질(QoL)에 미치는 영향에 대한 임상적 분석도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
