연구실 소개
강지훈 교수의 연구실은 반도체 나노소재 및 전자소자 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 1~10μm 크기의 인간질화갈륨(Indium Gallium Nitride, InGaN) 마이크로LED의 외부 양자효율 저하 원인을 규명하고, 표면에서의 비복사 재결합을 최소화할 수 있는 표면 처리 기술과 제조 공정 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 또한, 의료 영상 진단의 정밀도 향상을 위한 영상 해부학적 분석 및 생체 이미징 기술의 응용 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 나노전자소자 설계와 의료영상 기반 질병 진단의 융합적 접근을 목표로 합니다.
