최지혜 교수의 연구실은 주로 피부질환, 천식, 암 및 대사질환의 분자 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 피부염증과 가려움의 신경매개체 기전, 아스피린 내성 천식에서의 염증 매개물질 과잉생성, TGF-β에 의한 세포 운명 조절, 신생아 뇌신경종양의 생존 및 증식 기전, 그리고 위암 환자의 항암치료 반응 예측 지표 탐색 등 다양한 질환 모델을 기반으로 분자생물학적 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 이는 질병의 조기 진단과 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발로 이어지는 핵심 연구입니다.

We describe clinicopathological features of an unusual case of CD30+/CD56+ T-cell lymphoma in a 58-year-old Korean man who presented with disseminated nodules, papules and hyperpigmented patches. Coexpression of CD30 and CD56 in T-cell lymphoma is very rare.
