본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 개인이 겪은 어려움과 변화들이 가족관계 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 2020년 9월에 수집된 서베이 자료를 활용하여 분석하고자 한다. 코로나19로 인해 경제, 돌봄, 관계 단절 모든 면에서 여성이 남성보다 더 많은 피해를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 돌봄공백을 경험한 부부의 23%만이 일가정양립제도를 사용하였으며, 여성의 제도 사용 비율이 남성보다 높았다. 코로나19 확산 이후 가족들은 더 많은 시간을 함께 보내게 되었고 이는 가족관계 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤지만, 남성의 가사분담 여부에 따라 그 영향력이 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 일가정양립제도 사용은 긍정적 영향을, 가구소득 감소, 돌봄부담 증가, 본인 가사 증가 등은 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 재택근무가 활성화될 가능성이 높은 현실에서 사회의 기초단위인 가족이 평안과 안정의 공간이 되기 위해서는 젠더평등이 중요하며, 이를 증진시킬 정책이 중요함을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 공직자들을 연구대상으로 하여 인사관리에 대한 공무원의 공정성 인식이 공공봉사동기에 미치는 영향 을 탐색하고, 이러한 영향 관계에서 업무자율성과 상사피드백이 가지는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 특히 인사관리에 대한 공정성을 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용 공정성으로 나누어 분석한 결과, 인사관리에 대한 절차공정성 인 식이 공무원의 공공봉사동기에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 업무자율성과 상사피드백의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 업무자율성이 높아질 때 분배공정성과 상호작용 공정성이 공공봉사동기에 미치는 영향력을 증가시켰고, 상사 피드백이 높을 때 절차공정성과 상호작용 공정성이 공공봉사동기에 미치는 영향 력을 증가시킨다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 공공봉사동기의 선행요인으로 조직 차원에서의 공정성 가치 를 다루고, 공공봉사동기에 영향을 미치는 업무자율성과 상사피드백의 긍정적 역할을 조명하는 정책적 함의를 제공 했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.
