연구실 소개
박지현 교수의 연구실은 줄기세포 치료의 임상적 전환을 위한 혁신적 생체재료와 약물 전달 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 도파민 유사 구조를 가진 히알루론산 기반 수화제를 활용한 세포 이식 기반 조직 재생 기술과, 심장 질환 치료를 위한 소형세포외소포(sEV)의 유전자 조절 메커니즘 규명이 핵심 연구 방향입니다. 또한 간염 바이러스 치료를 위한 간 표적형 siRNA 전달 나노입자 및 장내 미생물 조절을 통한 염증 조절 기술 등 생물의학적 응용을 겸비한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
