박지현 교수의 연구실은 복잡한 공학 시스템의 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 위험 관리 및 신뢰성 분석 기법을 핵심으로 연구합니다. 항공기 산업의 안전성 향상을 위한 FMEA 기반 위험 평가 모델과, 대규모 공사 현장에서의 장비 운영 최적화를 위한 GPS 기반 실시간 추적 기술 개발도 진행 중입니다. 특히, 시스템 고장 원인 분석과 카르텔의 전략적 행동을 게임 이론 기반 수학 모델로 분석하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다.
