김지형 교수의 연구실은 신경질환, 소아 정신건강, 장내 미생물 및 면역질환의 분자 기전을 중심으로 한 기초 및 임상 연계 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 X-linked 어린이 뇌질환, 소아 우울 및 자존감의 심리적 요인, 장내 미생물 조절을 통한 염증성 장질환 치료 전략에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 신약 개발 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략의 탐색을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 연구는 동물 모델, 임상 데이터, 분자생물학적 분석을 융합하여 진행됩니다.
