연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 B세포의 발달 단계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 '프리나이브 B세포'의 기능과 역할을 중심으로 면역학적 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 시스템성 루푸스 환자에서의 B세포 이상이 자가면역질환 발병에 기여하는 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 암 줄기세포를 타겟으로 한 천연물 추출물의 항암 작용에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 전반적인 면역 반응 조절 및 만성 염증성 질환의 면역학적 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다.

Identification and Characterization of a Human CD5+ Pre-Naive B Cell Population

We have identified a distinct pre-naive B cell population circulating in human peripheral blood that exhibits an intermediate phenotype between transitional and naive B cells.
