연구실 소개

고지원 교수의 연구실은 위암 및 신경内分泌성 종양의 면역 미세환경과 유전적 기반을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 PD-L1과 CD8+ T세포의 상호작용을 기반으로 한 종양 미세환경 분류체계 수립과, HAVCR2 유전자 변이가 관련된 T세포 림프종의 분자 기전 규명에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 임상시험의 인formed 동의 과정에서의 이해도와 정보 욕구 간 격리 문제도 함께 다룹니다. 또한 고상한 멀티플렉스 면역형광검사 기반의 조직 단위 세포 분석 기술 개발을 통해 정밀의학적 접근을 강화하고 있습니다.
