연구실 소개
박지원 교수의 연구실은 대장암 및 간세포암과 같은 암의 생물학적 기전과 예후 인자에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 면역조절 사이토카인 및 염증 마커와의 연관성을 규명하고 있습니다. 나노소재 기반의 유전자 전달 시스템과 항염증 나노입자(은 나노입자, 철산화 나노입자)의 약리적 기전 연구를 통해 암 치료 및 천식 등 만성 염증성 질환의 새로운 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 특히, 로봇 수술의 임상적 유효성과 혈액응고 조절 물질의 생리학적 기전에 대한 기초 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
