연구실 소개
노지웅 교수의 연구실은 관상동맥질환의 진단 및 치료 전반에 걸쳐 임상적 실무에 기여하는 연구를 중심으로 전문적인 혈관 치료 접근법 개선에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 신경자극을 통한 혈관 접근법(예: 귀밑동맥 접근), 복잡한 관상동맥 우회술 후 항응고 치료 전략, 만성 신장질환 환자에서의 혈관 영상 유도 치료 등 고위험군 환자의 임상 결과 최적화를 위한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 혈소판 수치와 출혈·혈전 위험 간의 연관성 등 혈관 질환의 생물학적 기전에 대한 기초 임상 연구도 활발히 진행 중입니다.

We evaluated the feasibility and safety of the 7-Fr hydrophilic coated thin-walled sheath for distal radial access (DRA) - percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
