F-FDG PET/CT findings differ between IPA and NIPA patients. Pulmonary aspergillosis in immunocompromised status with a hypermetabolic nodule pattern on F-FDG PET/CT seems to have high possibility of IPA. In contrast, an isometabolic halo pattern and an isometabolic nodule pattern on F-FDG PET/CT seem to have high possibility of NIPA.

Hepatic masses detected by ultrasonography and computed tomography in a young woman showed increased radioactivity on F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron tomography. Those multiple hepatic lesions were investigated under suspicion of malignancy. Liver enzymes, viral markers, and tumor markers were in normal range. Ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy revealed to be focal fatty infiltration in the liver.

본 연구는 한국인대학생과 중국인유학생이 대학교에서 느끼는 학교스트레스가 여가제약에 미치는 영향과 국적별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 실증적으로 검정하여 결과의 시사점을 제시하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대구에 위치한 K-대학교의 대학생을 대상으로 표본을 선정하여 2007년 11월 19일부터 12월 7일까지 15일 동안 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 287부가 회수되었고, 그 중 신뢰성이 떨어지는 7부를 제외한 280부를 본 연구의 최종분석 대상으로 정하였다. 조사결과 학교스트레스원은 3차원(교수스트레스, 진로스트레스, 동료스트레스)으로 나타났으며, 여가제약요인 또한 3차원(내재적제약, 대인적제약, 정보적제약)으로 나타났다. 특히 기존의 여가제약연구들은 1991년 Crawford, Jackson과 Godbey가 제시한 위계적제약 3차원모델(내재적, 대인적, 구조적제약)을 중심으로 실증연구가 이루어져 왔는데, 본 연구에서는 특정대상을 중심으로 조사하여 구조적제

문화관광산업에 있어서 예술관광은 예술을 상업화함으로 관광산업과 융합하여 관광객의 방문을 유발하는 매우 효율적인 방법이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 예술 관광으로서 클래식 공연 참가자들의 관람동기와 만족을 연구하고 나아가 영리공연과 비영리공연의 차이를 조사하는 데 있다. 조사결과 관람동기는 탈출․오락동기, 예술적 동기, 사회지위 동기, 교육적 동기, 사회친화 동기인 5개의 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 교육적 동기를 제외한 나머지 4개의 동기에서 영리-비영리 공연 간에 유의한 차이를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 탈출․오락, 예술, 사회친화 동기는 영리 공연의 경우가 더 크게 지각하는 것으로 나타났고, 사회지위 동기는 비영리 공연의 경우 더 크게 나타났다. 마지막으로 영리공연의 경우 예술, 사회지위 동기가 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 비영리공연의 경우 사회지위, 사회친화 동기가 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 IC-PBL과 디자인 수업의 교수학습에 대한 수업 연구 논문으로 수도권 소재 H 디자인대학 시각정보디자인 수업에 실시되었다. 여러 분야에 활용되는 교수-학습 모형인 문제 중심학습(PBL) 방법을 적용하여 기존 설계교육 방법과의 차이를 비교하고 그 방법의 효과와 개선점을 논의하고자 하였다. 연구에서는 IC-PBL과 디자인 대학 프로젝트 수업의 근본적인 교육 방법 및 목적의 유사성을 바탕으로 하였다. 디자인과목에서 IC-PBL 적용에 적합하다고 판단되는 시각정보디자인을 IC-PBL을 디자인 수업의 특성에 맞게 설계하여 실질적으로 활용이 가능한 IC-PBL 수업으로 적용하였다. 디자인 대학의 프로젝트 수업에서 활용할 수 있는 적절한 IC-PBL 가이드라인을 16주 수업에 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 대상 과목은 3학년 시각정보디자인이며 디자인씽킹과 서비스디자인 프로세스에 관한 이론과 실습을 병행하는 과목이다. 학생들은 팀을 이루어 스스로 창의적인 시스템 콘텐츠를 제안
