연구실 소개
김지영 교수의 연구실은 대사질환과 노화 관련 질환의 분자 기전을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 비만, 당뇨, 심혈관 질환과 관련된 대사체 프로파일링과 유전자 조절 인자인 마이크로RNA의 역할을 체계적으로 분석하며, 특히 노화가 뼈격근에 미치는 영향과 그 분자 기전을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 혈압 조절에 기여하는 천연 효소인 나트티okin아제의 기전과 기능을 임상적 관점에서 규명하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 전기화학적 전극 설계를 통한 아연 이온 배터리의 안정성 향상 기술도 함께 개발하고 있습니다.

Abstract Here, an electrode comprising a Zn hexagonal pyramid array (HPA) coated with a functionalized ZnO layer (Zn@ZnO HPA) is prepared using a periodic anodizing technique. The objective of this study was to examine the effects of nattokinase supplementation on blood pressure in subjects with pre-hypertension or stage 1 hypertension. Upstream bile duct dilatation, lesion location at the left hepatic lobe, fewer than three coexistent cysts, and THAD were found to be highly suggestive CT findings for the differentiation of biliary cystic neoplasms from simple hepatic cysts. Radiologists' performance was significantly improved with the knowledge of these highly suggestive CT criteria.
This study demonstrated that venous air embolism during hepatic resection was more frequent and severe when using the Cavitron Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator. Although we found no evidence of hemodynamic compromise, increased venous air embolism may increase the risk of paradoxical embolism in patients with liver cirrhosis.
