김지애 교수의 연구실은 주로 다학제적 접근을 통해 흉부외과 수술 중 및 수술 후 환자의 안정적 관리와 합병증 예방을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 특히 기도 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증(OSAS) 환자의 수술 전후 관리, 유심성 혈액량 지표의 임상적 유용성, 그리고 흉부 수술 환자의 통증 관리와 기능 회복에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 심장 전기생리학적 이상, 수술 후 혼란, 호흡기 기능 저하 등 복합적인 합병증의 기전과 예방 전략을 탐구하며, 환자 중심의 정밀의료를 실현하고자 합니다.
