위험감수(risk-taking)는 ‘어떤 행동이 부정적인 결과 가져올 가능성과 보상을 불러올 기회를 동시에 가지고 있을 때 그 행동에 착수하는 것’으로 정의된다.1) 많은 임상 연구에 의하면, 위험감수행동은 양극성장애, 물질사용장애, 반사회적 인격장애 등 다양한 정신장애에서 청소년기의 품행문제에 이르기까지 여러 유해한 행동에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있다.2)3) 위험행동은 직접적으로 측정하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 많은 연구에서 위험을 감수하려는 성격적 특성들을 개념화하여 측정해왔다.3)위험감수와 관련이 있을 것으로 추정되는 요인들 중 하나가 충동성이다. 충동적 성격특성은 위험한 의사결정을 하는데 역할을 하며, 실제 생활에서의 위험감수행동을 예측할 가능성이 높다.4)5) 그러나 이런 충동적 성격특질이 위험한 의사결정이나 위험감수행동에 영향을 미칠 가능성은 꾸준히 제기되어 왔지만 아직 일관된 결과를 보여주지 못하고 있다.6) 위험감수와 충동성 사이의 연관성이 비일관적인 결과를 보이는 이유

This study demonstrated that the spinal fusion rates of DBM gel group and DBM gel with rhBMP-2 group were not significantly different. But, this study provides knowledge regarding the earlier postoperative effect of rhBMP-2 containing DBM gel and also supports the idea that the longer term follow-up results are essential to confirm the safety and effectiveness.

본 연구 결과는 한국어판 모호한 의도-적개심 설문지가 우리나라 일반 성인에게서도 의도가 다른 상황에 대해 다른 사람을 탓하고 적개심을 가지는 것을 평가하기에 신뢰할 만하고 타당함을 보이고 있다. 향후 한국어판 모호한 의도-적개심 설문지의 분별 타당도를 평가하기 위하여 편집형 정신분열증 환자들을 대상으로 한 비교연구가 필요하겠다.
