연구실 소개
김진경 교수의 연구실은 주로 자연물 유래 생리활성 성분의 생리적 기전과 임상적 응용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 갱성, 커큐민 유도체, 항염증 펩티드 등 다양한 천연물 성분의 항산화, 항염증, 세포 보호 작용을 분자생물학적 및 세포 모델을 통해 규명하고 있으며, 이는 암 치료 및 신경 보호제 개발로 이어질 수 있는 기초 연구입니다. 또한 마취제의 뇌전기적 반응과 체내 대사 반응에 대한 임상적 분석을 통해 안전한 마취 관리 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.

The objective of this study is to investigate the contributing effect of the nuclear transcription factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)-mediated signaling pathway on the indirect antioxidant capacity of caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) against oxidative stress in HepG2 cells. Papiliocin is a novel 37-residue cecropin-like peptide isolated recently from the swallowtail butterfly, Papilio xuthus.
