연구실 소개
이진호 교수의 연구실은 미생물 대사 조절과 세포 cycle 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 유전체, 단백질체, 전사체 수준의 다중 옹호 분석을 통해 생물학적 시스템의 정교한 조절 원리를 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 대장균에서의 띠레오닌 과잉생산 메커니즘과 DNA 손상 반응에서 p21과 Emi1 단백질 간의 상호작용을 통해 세포 주기 조절을 연구하며, 임상적 의미 있는 변화 기준을 설정하는 의료 연구까지 다각도로 확장하고 있습니다. 이는 기초 생물학적 메커니즘과 임상 적용 간의 다리 역할을 하는 연구입니다.

15We compared the transcriptome, proteome, and nucleotide sequences between the parent strain Escherichia coli W3110 and the L-threonine-overproducing mutant E. coli TF5015. Matsumura bark methanol extract (PYE) on scald-induced dorsal skin wounds in rats. Scalds were produced in Sprague-Dawley rats with 100°C water and treated with 5% and 20% PYE (using Vaseline as a base), silver sulfadiazine (SSD), and Vaseline once a day for 21 days, beginning 24 hours after scald by treatment group allocation.
