연구실 소개
박진선 교수의 연구실은 신경퇴행성질환, 심혈관계 질환 및 대사질환의 예방과 치료를 위한 생물학적 기전 규명과 신약 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 뇌의 산화 스트레스와 관련된 항산화 작용을 보이는 식물성 화합물(예: 이소플라본 유도체, 베타-라파코논)의 신경보호 효과와 고혈압·고지혈증 환자에서의 병용치료제의 유효성 및 안전성에 대한 임상 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 심장 주변 지방조직과 혈압 측정 기준의 임상적 일치성 등 정밀의료와 생체마커와 관련된 기초 및 임상 연구를 병행하고 있습니다.
