김진우 교수의 연구실은 메타물질, 나노소재 및 첨단 제조공정을 기반으로 한 고성능 재료와 시스템의 설계 및 응용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 복합재료의 기계적 거동 예측, 나노윤활제를 활용한 고강도 프리폼 가공, 그리고 의료용 혼합현실 기반 힘감지 시뮬레이션 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 항공우주 및 의료 분야에서 요구되는 내구성과 효율성을 동시에 확보하는 첨단 제조 기술의 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
