연구실 소개

부진효 교수의 연구실은 첨단 무기 소재의 합성 및 응용을 중심으로, 나노구조 산화 zinc 산화물, 고품질 BN 및 SiC 에피태일 필름의 저온 성장 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 스퍼지 피로시스법, CVD 기반의 고온·저온 성장 기법을 활용해 전자 및 광전기 소자에 응용 가능한 고순도·고정성 소재를 설계하고 있습니다. 연구는 나노소재의 구조 제어와 표면 안정성 향상에 초점을 맞추며, 에너지 변환 및 저장 소자에의 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.

In this research, ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by spray-pyrolysis method using the zinc acetate dihydrate as starting material at synthesis temperature of 900°C with various concentrations (0.01, 0.1, 1.0 M, respectively). The physico-chemical property of synthesized ZnO nanoparticles was characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, and UV-vis spectroscopy.
