안지선 교수의 연구실은 관광·호텔 및 통합리조트 산업에서 고객의 행동과 브랜드 충성도를 이해하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 녹색 호텔, 크루즈 경험, 통합리조트 브랜드 경험 등 다양한 서비스 환경에서 고객의 인지·정서·행동적 반응을 분석하며, 가치 창출, 심리적 욕구 충족, 지속 가능성 등의 요소가 고객 만족과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 탐구합니다. 기초 이론과 실증적 분석을 융합한 PLS-SEM 기반의 정량적 연구가 특징입니다.
