연구실 소개

이지원 교수의 연구실은 생물학적 시계, 대사 질환, 신경 형성 및 암 생물학을 연결하는 분자 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 부갑상선호르몬 수용체(GPR110)를 통한 DHA 유도체인 시냅타마이드의 신경 형성 작용, BMAL1 단백질의 SUMO화 및 유비퀴틴 의존적 분해가 생체 시계 조절에 미치는 영향, 그리고 체지방과 관련된 신호 분자인 케미린이 대사 증후군과 염증과의 연관성 등을 중심으로 기초 생물학적 메커니즘을 탐구하고 있습니다. 이들의 연구는 신경질환, 비만, 암 등 만성질환의 예방 및 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

불안정애착 및 심리적 고통이 관계중독에 미치는 영향: 지지추구적 정서조절양식의 조절된 매개효과 검증

본 연구에서는 불안정애착과 관계중독과의 관계를 심리적 고통이 매개하며, 심리적 고통이 관계중독에 영향을 끼치는 경로에서 정서조절양식이 이를 조절하는지 확인함으로써, 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 204명(남 85명, 여 119명)을 대상으로, 성인애착, 심리적 고통, 정서조절양식, 관계중독을 측정하였으며, SPSS 21.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인들 간의 상관관계 분석 결과, 불안정애착, 심리적 고통, 관계중독 사이에 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증 결과, 불안정애착이 심리적 고통에 영향을 미치고, 심리적 고통은 불안정애착과 관계중독 사이를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 위계적 회귀분석을 통한 조절효과 검증 결과, 심리적 고통과 지지추구적 정서조절양식이 상호작용을 통해 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, SPSS Macro를 통한 조절된 매개효과 검증 결과, 불
