안지영 교수의 연구실은 위암의 정밀의료 및 개인화 치료 전략 개발을 핵심 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 마이크로시어터라이드 스테이터스(MSI), mTOR 발현, 림프절 전이 등 암의 분자생물학적 특성과 임상적 결과 간의 연관성을 규명하며, 수술적 치료 방식(로봇 수술, 복강경 수술)의 실제 임상적 유의성도 평가하고 있습니다. 이는 환자 맞춤형 치료 결정을 뒷받침할 수 있는 근거를 마련하고자 하는 연구 정신을 반영합니다.

15The use of robotic systems is assumed to provide a technically superior operative environment for minimally invasive surgery. Lymphatic involvement and tumor size are independent risk factors for a lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer with submucosal invasion.
