연구실 소개

박지영 교수의 연구실은 철강 및 첨단 소성재료의 품질을 향상시키기 위해 비금속 포함상의 형성 거동과 제어 기반을 다룹니다. 주로 스판델라이트, 알루미나-규소산화물 슬래그 등의 산화물 계 슬래그 및 고체상의 구조적 특성과 열역학적 거동을 FT-IR 및 라만 스펙트럼을 활용해 규명하며, 이를 바탕으로 철강 공정의 안정성과 제품 품질 향상에 기여하고자 합니다. 특히 비금속 포함상 제어, 슬래그의 구조-물성 상관관계, 고체상의 결정화 거동에 대한 기초 연구가 핵심입니다.

The FT-IR spectra of the CaO-SiO2 and CaO-SiO2-CaF2 slags were measured to understand the structural aspects of (fluoro-) silicate systems. The relative intensity of Si-O rocking band is very strong at SiO2 saturation condition and this band disappears in the composition greater than 44.1 (mol%) CaO in the CaO-SiO2 binary system.
