연구실 소개
지종대 교수의 연구실은 면역조절 및 뼈 remodeling 과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 전사인자, 특히 아릴 하이드로카본 수용체(AhR)와 B7-계열 단백질의 기능을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 면역 반응 조절과 뼈 형성·분해의 분자 기전을 규명함으로써 자가면역질환과 뼈 질환의 발달 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 최근에는 miR-146a 유전자 다형성과 자가면역질환의 연관성, IL-10 신호 전달 조절 메커니즘 등 면역-대사 상호작용을 탐구하는 연구도 함께 진행되고 있습니다.
