연구실 소개
한종인 교수의 연구실은 마취유도 시 신경보호 및 인지기능 보존을 위한 약리적 전략과 기도 반사 조절, 특히 오피오이드 유도 성 기침 반사의 기전과 대비 전략에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 덱스메디토미딘의 신경세포 자가포식 기능 개선 효과나, 유산소 트리프신 억제제(UTI)의 수술 스트레스에 대한 보호 작용 등, 마취 중 뇌기능 보존과 안정성 향상을 위한 기전 연구를 지속하고 있습니다. 또한, 단일 통기 시술에서의 기도 차단 기구 선택 기준과 마취 유도 시 약물 조합 최적화에 관한 임상적 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다.
