연구실 소개
이주희 교수의 연구실은 노화와 관련된 만성 염증인 '인플레일링'(inflammaging)의 분자 기전과 피부 노화, 특히 외부 스트레스 요인에 의한 세포 노화와 면역 반응의 상호작용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 항암제 저항성과 관련된 히스톤 디아세틸화 효소(HDAC)의 기능, 특히 HDAC10과 탈아세틸화 조절 메커니즘을 규명하고, 이와 관련된 염증 조절 단백질(HMGB-1, TXNIP)의 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다. 피부 회복 및 흉터 형성 억제를 위한 생체활성 다핵산(PDRN)과 히알루론산의 치료적 효과에 대한 임상적·기전적 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
