연구실 소개

홍주화 교수의 연구실은 기계공학과 관련된 고도화된 시스템 설계 및 제어 기술을 중심으로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 특히 고속 가공 기계의 진동 해소를 위한 다자유도 동역학 모델링, UAV 자동비행 전환 기술, 로봇 기반 항공기 자율 운영 프레임워크 개발 등 실생활 응용에 초점을 맞춘 기술 혁신을 추구합니다. 또한 내구성 있는 표면코팅 기술과 원전 제어실의 인간공학적 설계 검증 시스템 개발을 통해 산업 현장에서의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하고자 합니다.

Feed drive system of machine tools may experience serious vibrations or unstable motions during high-speed operation. In this paper, a 6 D.O.F (Degree-Of-Freedom) lumped parameter model was proposed in order to analyze vibrations of a ball screw feed-drive system, which takes planar motion.
