연구실 소개
남주현 교수의 연구실은 난소암 및 자궁경부암 환자 중 젊은 여성의 생식 기능을 보존하는 수술적 치료 전략과 그 장기적인 온코로지적 및 생식 예후를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 병변의 크기, 조직학적 특성, 혈관 및 조직 침윤 여부 등 재발 위험 요인을 분석하여 보다 정밀한 환자 선별 기준을 모색하고 있으며, 라파로스코픽 수술 기술의 안정성과 생존율에 대한 임상적 증거를 축적하고 있습니다. 또한 자극에 의한 세포막 이온 채널 조절 메커니즘과 피부 노화 관련 이온 채널 억제 작용에 대한 분자생물학적 연구를 병행하여, 암 치료와 피부 건강의 분야를 아우르는 다학제적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다.

15OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the long-term outcomes and risk factors for recurrence after fertility-sparing laparoscopic radical trachelectomy (LRT) in young women with early-stage cervical cancer. OBJECTIVES: To compare survival and surgical outcomes of laparoscopic (LRH) and open radical hysterectomy (ORH) in patients with stage IB2 and IIA2 cervical cancer. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed on 303 patients with stage IB2 and IIA2 cervical cancer who underwent LRH (n = 115) or ORH (n = 188).
