연구실 소개
이주명 교수의 연구실은 관상동맥 질환 환자에서 혈관 내 영상 및 기능적 검사 기반의 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 혈관조영술이 아닌 혈관 내 영상(IVUS)이나 기능적 지표(FFR, RFR, dPR, IMR 등)를 활용한 정밀한 PCI 치료 전략의 유효성과 예후 영향을 다룹니다. 또한 중증 호흡기질환 환자에서의 횡위환기 요법의 임상적 효과와 합병증에 대해서도 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 환자 중심의 정밀 치료 전략 수립을 위한 기초 데이터를 제공합니다.

15Among patients with complex coronary-artery lesions, intravascular imaging-guided PCI led to a lower risk of a composite of death from cardiac causes, target-vessel-related myocardial infarction, or clinically driven target-vessel revascularization than angiography-guided PCI. Ventilation in the prone position significantly reduced overall mortality in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome. Sufficient duration of prone positioning was significantly associated with a reduction in overall mortality. Prone ventilation was also significantly associated with pressure ulcers and major airway problems.
