연구실 소개
손주휘 교수의 연구실은 도시공간 내 공공시설, 특히 공원 내 공용화장실과 학교도서관의 공간적 재구성을 중심으로 연구를 전개합니다. 사용자 중심의 설계 접근을 통해 공공공간에서의 불편함과 편견을 해소하고, 실질적인 삶의 질 향상을 도모하고자 합니다. 특히 사용자 참여형 설계 프로세스를 통해 학교의 특성과 학생의 요구에 맞는 맞춤형 도서관 공간을 기획하고 있습니다. 도시 생활의 질을 높이는 실천적 설계 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.
