연구실 소개
문준호 교수의 연구실은 주로 간질환, 특히 지방간질환과 대사성 간질환(MASLD)의 심혈관계 합병증 위험을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 전국 대규모 건강검진 데이터를 기반으로 한 장기적 관찰 연구를 통해 질병의 전개 양상과 예후를 분석합니다. 또한 혈액 질환 및 종양학 분야에서는 다발성골수종의 영상학적 예후 인자나 이식 후 간성면역반응(GVHD)의 새로운 평가 체계 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히 PET/CT와 MRI를 활용한 정밀 영상 기반 예측 모델 개발이 핵심 연구 전략입니다.
