연구실 소개
장준환 교수의 연구실은 정신질환, 특히 강박장애(OCD)와 발병 전 증후군(프로드롬)의 뇌 구조적 및 기능적 기반을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 뇌 영상 기반으로 전두엽,cingulate 고리, 편도체, 소뇌 등 뇌 구조의 이환 패atters를 분석하며, 특히 OCD 환자의 뇌 구조 이상과 신경가소성 변화를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 한국어로 번역된 프로드롬 증상 평가 척도(SIPS)의 신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 통해 조기 정신질환 진단의 기반을 마련하고 있습니다.
