연구실 소개
송준 교수의 연구실은 페로일렉트릭 소재 기반의 고성능 전자소자 및 센서 기술 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 페로일렉트릭 페로브스카이트(PZT) 박막을 활용한 필름 밴드 애크oustic 웨이브 레지온기(FFBAR), 전기적 힘에 의한 주파수 테이블러블 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나, 그리고 전도성 전극과의 상호작용을 최적화한 메모리 및 커패시터 소자에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 나노공정 기반의 고효율 소자 설계와 응용을 목표로 하며, 에너지 효율성 향상과 지속 가능한 기술 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.

This study examines the effects of bottom electrodes for metal ferroelectric metal (MFM) capacitor applications. We investigated the following parameters of bottom electrodes and Pb(Zr 0.53 Ti 0.47 )O 3 (PZT) thin films: substrate temperature, rf power, gas flow rate, Ar/O 2 ratio, electrode material, and post-annealing effect. The tunable microstrip patch antenna using electrostatic force is presented. The antenna was patterned on the top side of a (poly-ethylene terephthalte) film. When a DC bias voltage is applied between the flexible patch and the fixed ground plane, the flexible patch bends downwards towards the fixed ground plane owing to the electrostatic force of attraction. In this study, the modeling and experimental results for the resonant characteristics of Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 (PZT) films with various thicknesses have been investigated in film bulk acoustic wave resonators (FBARs). PZT films and Pt electrodes were fabricated by rf magnetron sputtering.
