연구실 소개
임주희 교수의 연구실은 선천성 질환, 특히 선천성 림프구성염과 신경손상 회복을 중심으로 한 신생아 및 뇌신경질환의 조기 진단과 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 조산아의 성장 장애, 뇌경색 등 신경학적 합병증의 위험 요인 분석과 함께, 신경줄기세포와 신경영양인자(GDNF)를 활용한 척수손상 치료의 신뢰성 있는 생물학적 기반을 마련하고자 합니다. 또한, 영양소의 생체 이용률 향상을 위한 식물성 스티치-지질 복합체 개발을 통해 신생아 영양관리의 새로운 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다.

We determined the national trends of HIE prevalence, therapeutic hypothermia (TH) use, mortality, and outcomes from 2012 to 2019. 신차 개발 시 프론트 로딩 단계에서 산포요인의 예측 및 제어를 통해 형상뿐만 아니라 승차감 및 핸들링까지 고려하여 성능 통합적인 차량 개발 프로세스를 구축하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한 이 과정에서 확률 통계적 기법을 적용시켜 불확실성 하에서의 시험 결과와 예측 값 간의 오차를 줄이고자 하는 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상용차의 캡 서스펜션과 부시 시스템의 다중반응 문제에 대하여 제어인자와 잡음인자의 불확실성을 고려한 신뢰성기반 최적화 설계를 수행하였다. 실험계획법을 기반으로 주성분분석 기법을 적용함으로써 강건최적설계 값을 도출하였으며, 다중반응 성능지수에 영향이 큰 주요 설계인자를 추려내어 해석비용을 크게 절약하였다. 또한, 결정론적 접근법의 결과값을 기준으로 하여 사용자가 원하는 신뢰도를 만족할 수 있도록 신뢰성기반설계를 수행하였다.
