연구실 소개

장준 교수의 연구실은 바이러스 감염과 면역 반응의 분자 기전을 중심으로, 간염바이러스, 코로나바이러스, 리스토리아 바이러스 등 다양한 바이러스에 의한 감염과 암 발생 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 바이러스 단백질이 세포 전사 조절 및 면역세포 활성화에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 면역조절 및 백신 개발에 기여할 수 있는 기초적 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 최근에는 아데노바이러스 벡터를 활용한 백신 플랫폼 개발과 함께, 점막 면역 반응 유도 및 Th17 반응 조절 메커니즘에 대한 연구도 진행 중입니다.
