연구실 소개
성준경 교수 연구실은 뇌영상 기반 신경퇴행성질환, 특히 알츠하이머병의 이환 연령에 따른 이질성을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. [18F]THK5351 및 [18F]flutemetamol PET를 활용한 타우 단백질과 아밀로이드 혼합 병변의 뇌 영역 분포 분석을 통해 조기형과 만성형 알츠하이머병의 뇌 기능 연결성 및 구조적 변화를 비교 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 모바일 환경에서의 뇌영상 데이터 기반 알츠하이머병 진단을 위한 인크리멘탈 학습 기반 분류 기술 개발도 진행 중입니다.

6Background and Purpose Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a condition with diverse clinical outcomes and subgroups. Here we investigated the topographic distribution of tau in vivo using the positron emission tomography (PET) tracer [18F]THK5351 in MCI subgroups.
