박정빈 교수의 연구실은 소아마취 및 위험도 높은 수술 환자의 안전성을 제고하기 위한 임상 기반의 정밀의료 연구를 중심으로 전개됩니다. 특히 소아 환자에서의 저산소증 조기 예측, 수술 시간 예측 정확도 향상, 수술 전후 호흡기 합병증 예방 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 기계학습 기반 예측 모델과 최적의 임상 절차 설계를 융합한 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 심장 수술 환자에서의 압박 위치 최적화, 톤실렉토미 수술 후 호흡기 합병증 예방을 위한 약물 적용 등 임상적 실천에 직접 기여하는 연구가 두드러집니다.
