연구실 소개
이정언 교수 연구실은 암의 전이 및 진행 메커니즘을 규명하기 위해, 특히 MMP-9 활성화를 통한 세포 침습 메커니즘과 그 조절 요법을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 항암 천연물질인 베르베린, 실리비닌, 제룸본 등의 작용 기전을 분석함으로써 염증성 사이토카인(예: TNF-α, IL-1β)에 의한 암세포 이동 및 침습 억제 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 리튬이온 배터리의 상태 정확도 향상을 위한 고도화된 컬롬 카운팅 기반 BMS 알고리즘 개발도 함께 진행하여 의료 및 에너지 분야의 융합 연구를 선도하고 있습니다.
