연구실 소개

천정은 교수의 연구실은 뇌 및 말초신경의 미엘린 장애를 유발하는 유전성 신경퇴행성 질환, 즉 레이크오틱스터로피아를 중심으로 진단 영상의학 분야에서의 응용을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 자기공명영상(MRI)과 컴퓨터 tomography(CT)를 활용한 뇌질환의 영상 특징 분석, 특히 어린이 환자를 대상으로 한 병변의 정밀 진단 및 영상 기반 인공지능 알고리즘 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 병변의 구조적 변화를 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 영상 체적 측정 기법의 임상적 유용성에 대해서도 깊이 있는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

Initial and follow-up chest radiographs, chest CT scans (n = 5) and clinical data in six patients with acute eosinophilic pneumonia were reviewed by two chest radiologists.
