연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 생물분자에서의 단백질 접힘과 안정성, 그리고 생체분자의 대사 경로를 이해하기 위해 분자수축성 단백질(Hsp70)과 생체막 단백질의 구조 기반 기능 분석을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, NMR을 활용한 고감도 분석 기법 개발을 통해 낮은 농도의 생체분자에서도 정밀한 구조 및 동역학 정보를 확보하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 광화학적 동적 핵분극(photo-CIDNP) 기반의 감도 향상 기법을 통해 생물분자 NMR의 응용 가능성을 넓히고 있습니다. 또한, 생물기반 화학물질의 대체 생산 경로 개발을 위한 대사공학적 접근도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.

스캔 라인 기반의 인접 관계를 이용한 항공레이저측량 자료의 필터링

본 연구는 스캔라인 기반의 2차원 이웃 관계를 활용하여 레이블링 알고리즘과 윈도우 기반의 알고리즘을 함께적용함으로써 항공레이저측량 자료의 지면점과 비지면점을 효과적으로 분리하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 스캔라인 구조를 바탕으로 최소의 탐색을 통해 점들의 인접 관계를 구축하고, 구축된 인접관계를 기반으로연결성분 레이블링 알고리즘을 적용하여 항공레이저측량 자료를 지면점과 비지면점으로 분리하였다. 그리고,모폴로지 필터링을 통해 작은 개체를 추가로 제거하고 거리반비례 추정을 통해 고립 지면점을 복원하여 정확도를 향상시켰다. 다양한 특성을 나타내는 지역에 적용하고 평가한 결과 대부분의 점들이 올바르게 분리 되었고 약 97%의 전체 정확도를 도출하였으며, 인접관계 구축 및 데이터 처리 시간이 TIN 또는 격자 구조 자료 구축 시간에 비하여 적게 소요되었다.

항공라이다 데이터의 건물 곡선경계 추출 및 모델링

항공라이다 데이터를 이용한 건물 추출 연구가 많이 진행되어 오고 있으나 대부분의 연구는 건물경계를 직선으로 가정하기 때문에 곡선경계가 포함된 건물의 경계를 올바르게 모델링하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 곡선경계를 포함하는 건물을 항공라이다 데이터로부터 직선과 곡선이 혼합된 경계로 모델링하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 건물점들에 대하여 적응적 컨벡스헐 알고리즘과 큰 반경의 국지적 컨벡스헐 알고리즘을 적용하여 두 세트의 경계점을 추출한다. 경계점들의 평균 점 간격 및 수직이등분선의 교차 비율에 의하여 곡선 세그먼트를 판별한 후, 직선과 곡선 세그먼트에 대하여 각각 다른 정규화 방법을 적용하여 건물경계를 모델링한다. 실험결과, 곡선 세그먼트의 추출 완전성과 정확성이 각각 69%, 100%로서 본 연구의 방법을 통해 대부분의 곡선경계를 올바르게 추출 및 모델링할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 수치지도 제작기준을 만족하는 건물경계를 자동으로 생성하는데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
