연구실 소개

이정일 교수의 연구실은 신경종양 및 뇌전이성 종양 치료를 중심으로 고정밀 방사선치료 기법, 특히 감마나이프 수술(Gamma Knife Surgery)의 임상적 적용과 최적화에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 10개 이상의 뇌전이성 종양 환자나 시각 경로에 인접한 병변에 대한 다회차 감마나이프 방사선치료의 안전성과 효과를 평가하며, 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립을 위한 분자유전자 분석 및 동물 모델 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 뇌신경외과적 치료의 정밀도 향상과 신뢰도 제고를 목표로, 임상과 기초 연구를 융합한 종합적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다.
