연구실 소개
한정규 교수의 연구실은 혈관생성 및 혈관세포 기반 치료 전략을 핵심으로 삼고 있으며, 특히 내피세포 유도 및 조혈모세포의 기능 조절을 통한 뇌경색, 심근경색 등 혈관성 질환의 치료법 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. PPAR-δ 수용체의 활성화가 내피세포 기능과 혈관 재생에 미치는 영향, 그리고 유전자 재프로그래밍을 통한 기저세포의 내피세포 전환 기법 개발 등 분자생물학적 기반의 혁신적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다. 특히, 내피세포 기반의 신호전달 네트워크와 혈관 기능 평가 기준의 정의화를 통해 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이고자 합니다.
