연구실 소개
이정표 교수의 연구실은 신장 이식 후 이식 기능 유지와 만성 신장질환의 진행을 예측하고 개선하기 위한 정밀의료 기반 연구를 중심으로 전개하고 있습니다. 기계학습과 생존통계를 융합한 예측 모델 개발, 당뇨병성 신장질환 환자에서의 약물 안전성 평가(예: 메트포르민, SGLT2 억제제), 환경 화학물질이 만성 신장질환에 미치는 영향, 그리고 장내 미생물-대사물질 경로가 급성 신손상에서 만성 신장질환으로의 전환에 미치는 영향까지 다각적 접근을 통해 신장질환의 병태생리 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 임상 데이터 기반의 인공지능 분석과 실험 모델을 결합한 전임상 연구가 특징입니다.
