연구실 소개
이정렬 교수의 연구실은 생식세포 및 난소 조직의 동결보존 기술을 중심으로, 특히 항 freezes 단백질(AFP)이 난세포와 난소 조직의 냉동 손상 완화에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 냉동-해동 과정에서 발생하는 산화 스트레스와 세포 손상을 줄이고, 생존율 및 발달 능력을 향상시키는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 이식 후 혈관 형성 인자(VEGF, Ang-2)를 활용한 이식 성공률 향상 전략도 함께 개발하고 있습니다.
