연구실 소개

김정훈 교수의 연구실은 유연하고 기계적 내구성이 뛰어난 나노복합소재 및 기능성 수화물질을 중심으로, 웨어러블 센서, 고효율 태양전지, 고성능 배터리 분리막 등 미래형 에너지 및 의공학 응용을 위한 신소재를 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 탄소나노튜브/실리콘 고무 복합체, 다중교량 구조 수화물질, 블록코폴리머 기반 다중스케일 다공구조막, 메탄 플라즈마 처리 기반 초소수성 표면 등 다양한 나노소재 기반의 혁신적 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 이는 전자기기의 유연성과 내구성, 에너지 장치의 효율성 및 안정성을 극대화하는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

Nanopatterning provides facile process to well-arrayed mesoporous inorganic oxide films at low cost by using readily available pastes and elastomeric nanostamps. The fabricated nanopattern boosted the light-harvesting efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) by a light-trapping technique. The iodine-free solid-state DSSCs showed a 40 % increase in the current density and high efficiency (7.03 %). Deposition of stable hydrophobic coatings with in-line CH4 atmospheric rf plasma

A CH4 atmospheric rf plasma treatment process was demonstrated for hydrophobic treatments of various substrates including metallic and insulating surfaces as well as flat and rough surfaces. A stable rf glow plasma was generated over a 1 cm × 16 cm area using a cylindrical electrode geometry. A typical hydrophobic treatment speed was 5–10 cm min−1.
