연구실 소개

이정승 교수의 연구실은 조직공학과 생체재료 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 탈세포화된 세포외기질을 활용한 생체적합성 높은 생체모델링과 세포 치료를 위한 혁신적 플랫폼 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향으로는 간·심장 등 특정 조직의 세포외기질을 이용한 3차원 수화성 젤, 마이크로비드, 표면 기능화 기술을 통해 세포 생존과 기능을 극대화하는 생체재료 설계가 있습니다. 또한, 자가교차화 반응 기반의 비약물성 수화성 젤 및 생체 전자 센서를 활용한 빠른 상처 모니터링 기술 개발도 진행 중입니다.
