연구실 소개
유정권 교수의 연구실은 망막 및 시신경 축적 혈관의 비침습적 영상 기반 분석을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 산소소실성 녹내맹(NTG), 원발성 개구장 녹내맹(POAG), 위약성 녹내맹(PXG) 등 다양한 유형의 녹내맹에서 시신경섬유층과 시방광주변 혈관 밀도의 변화를 고해상도 옵티컬 코herence 톰그래피(angiography)를 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 각막 두께, 앞쪽 각막 두께, 각막 스파이르 기반의 각막 구조 변화와 약물(프로스타글란딘 유사체)의 장기적 영향 등 생체조직의 미세 해부학적 변화와 약리적 반응성에 대한 종합적 분석도 진행 중입니다. 특히 녹내맹의 조기 진단 및 병태생리 기전 규명을 위한 다학제적 접근이 두드러집니다.

IOP readings obtained with Tono-Pen and Icare Pro tonometers showed good agreement in supine as well as in lateral decubitus positions, although Icare readings were higher than Tono-Pen readings in all positions.
