연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 기반의 혁신적 응용 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 주로 MOF(금속 유기 프레임워크) 기반 촉매, 고체 전자현미경 기반 나노구조 분석, 유기 반도체 및 펜타센 기반 전자소자, 그리고 나노입자를 활용한 종합 진료 및 치료 기술 개발을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 나노재료의 구조-기능 관계를 규명하고, 에너지 및 의료 분야에서의 실용적 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.

Anisotropic field effect mobility in single crystal pentacene

Fan-shaped electrodes were designed on Si∕SiO2 substrate to measure the anisotropic field effect mobility in freestanding single crystal pentacene. Field effect transistor was fabricated by placing single crystal pentacene on the prepatterned electrodes. In situ atomic imaging of coalescence of Au nanoparticles on graphene: rotation and grain boundary migration

Using in situ transmission electron microscopy, we demonstrated that gold nanoparticles are unified via "oriented attachment" assisted either by nanoparticle rotation or grain boundary migration at the attachment interface. We also observed that the combined nanoparticle changes shape with stable facet planes via surface diffusion, along with recrystallization.
